All orders placed through our website must be paid in full at checkout using accepted payment methods. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

2. Delivery Services

Orders placed on our website are fulfilled through DoorDash Drive, a professional third-party delivery partner. While we ensure every order is made fresh and on time, we are not responsible for delays, delivery times, or changes in food temperature once the order leaves our location.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

If something’s not right, we want to know. To request a refund or replacement:

 

  • Contact us at ontherunpizza@gmail.com within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

  • Include your name, order details, and a brief explanation of the issue (photos if possible).

 

Refunds and replacements are evaluated case-by-case. We do not offer refunds due to:

 

  • Taste preferences

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery

  • Incorrect addresses or customer unavailability at delivery

  • Requests made beyond the 30-minute window

 

Orders placed through apps like DoorDash or Uber Eats must follow those platforms’ refund policies.
